How long does shipping take for complete bicycles?
Standard shipping for complete bicycles typically takes 5-7 business days. Each bike undergoes a professional safety inspection and partial disassembly for secure transit before leaving our warehouse.
What is your return policy on cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and nutritional products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Do Hayes bicycles come with a warranty?
Yes, all new Hayes frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components and suspension parts are covered by their respective manufacturers for 1 to 2 years.

Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
Bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every shipment.
