Prepare Your Components
Ensure all items are clean and securely packed in their original box, including all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it at an authorized carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
